Why include TADA in your will?

By including TADA in your will, you are helping socially vulnerable young people to become responsible citizens and play a positive role in our society, even after you are gone.

Learn more about what TADA does

I love children and I would like them all to have the same opportunities for development and to learn the job they like. TADA opens up possibilities for them and gives them self-confidence. That's why I decided to leave part of my estate to this good cause.

Henriette

79 years-old

Like Henriette, do you dream of a world without inequalities?

Your will can contribute to this. Find out which type of bequest or donation is best for you:

A classic bequest

Leave all or part of your estate to TADA by mentioning TADA in your will. The inheritance tax paid by TADA varies according to the region.

A duo legacy

When there is no close heir, opting for the duo legacy allows you to leave part of your estate to a nephew, niece or friend, under fiscally advantageous conditions, while at the same time leaving a part to a good cause such as TADA. TADA is responsible for paying all inheritance taxes for all beneficiaries and for carrying out the necessary administrative formalities.

A donation

You can make a donation to TADA during your lifetime. This can take several forms:

  • a manual donation of movable property (money, securities, jewelry, furniture, works of art).

  • an indirect donation by bank transfer (to our account number BE05 0017 4290 3575).

  • a donation by notarial act for movable or immovable property. In this case, TADA will have to pay the donation fees.

Do you live in Flanders?

Since 01/07/2021, the Flemish government has applied a less favorable tax regime to duo legacies. As a result, heirs no longer enjoy any tax benefits from a duo legacy upon the death. Nevertheless, you can leave a bequest of up to €15,000 to one or more friends in your will at the lower rate of 3% (instead of 25%). In this way, your friend will benefit from a maximum tax saving of €3,300. On the other hand, the rates of inheritance and gift tax for charities in Flanders have been reduced to 0%. It will therefore remain fiscally very interesting to leave your estate to a good cause.
